This program will focus on:

Curriculum

1. Foundation (Week 1) – Build and Elevate Your Base
   • Learn the consulting mindset and structured problem-solving frameworks.
   • Understand how AI and the Energy Transition market — including LNG, Green Hydrogen, and Green Energy Roadmaps — are shaping industries.
   • Identify which skills to develop and how to develop them to grow in consulting and advisory roles.
2. Applied Learning (Weeks 2–3) – Practice Through Real Cases
   • Work on real, trend-based case studies in Energy Transition (LNG, Hydrogen, ESG) and AI-driven transformation.
   • Translate your academic or professional experience into consulting-style deliverables (briefs, reports, recommendations).
   • Strengthen teamwork and analytical skills through pod-based collaboration.
   • Receive daily mentoring and feedback from practitioners to refine your work.
   • Improve your report writing, analysis, and professional communication skills.
3. Skill Building (Week 4) – Sharpen Your Edge
   • Develop techno-commercial thinking; link technical knowledge with business impact.
   • Practice structured communication, storytelling, and client presentation techniques.
   • Gain confidence in interview-style discussions and project review sessions.
   • Build clarity, confidence, and professional presence.
4. Capstone Showcase (Week 5) – Prove Your Readiness
   • Complete a consulting-style capstone assignment under practitioner supervision.
   • Receive personalized feedback on your reports and presentations.
   • Earn the NX-CA Credential (Recognition of Achievement).
   • Present your portfolio of consulting deliverables to peers and mentors.
